SKYWATCH: Smart IoV-Based Urban Surveillance & Emergency Coordination System
An end-to-end urban surveillance and emergency dispatch system. Integrates real-time YOLOv8 weapon and anomaly detection with a 7-agent LangGraph decision pipeline, Firebase instant telemetry alerts, and a Haversine-based Internet-of-Vehicles (IoV) routing layer to achieve sub-2.5 second dispatch response times across mobile app, processing backend, and admin command center.
